Mastering your golf swing and perfecting your short game is a must to stay competitive and enjoy the game! I am here to add an often overlooked and necessary part of your training program… Golf Fitness! The right training program can help improve your Kinematic Sequence (swinging like the Pros), improve clubhead speed, reduce trajectory error and even lower your handicap! I will first use my Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification to screen and analyze any biomechanical restrictions you may have altering your swing and then use my National Academy of Sports Medicine Golf Fitness Specialist certification to customize a fitness program to get you on track to the results you want to achieve!
